You can update or remove saved payments from your Account Details page. Go to Account Details > Edit. To remove a payment, scroll down to billing and select delete next to the billing option you wish to remove. To add a new payment, select the add payment method button. Don’t forget to save your changes.
Note: If the old form of payment is associated with a subscription, you must first add a new card and designate it as your default payment. To do so, input your new billing information and click the orange circle next to it. Default will appear. If you have a failed auto-payment, you also need to select the button next to Use for failed subscription payments. Once the subscription has processed on the new card, you will be able to delete it yourself. If you’d like to remove it immediately, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
